Neurodiversity-Affirming Occupational Therapist - Part-Time
We’re on the lookout for a passionate, neurodiversity-affirming Occupational Therapist to join Shift & Co at a pivotal time. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a brand-new service in a values-driven organisation known for doing things differently.
While you’ll be our first OT, you won’t be working in isolation—you’ll collaborate closely with a small, innovative team of therapy and coaching professionals who are deeply committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals to thrive.
This part-time role offers the rare chance to craft your impact—not just through assessments and therapy, but by helping design the tools, resources and service model that will grow with us.
We’re especially excited to explore how occupational therapy can better support individuals with ADHD—whether through routines, sensory strategies, emotional regulation, executive function scaffolding, or creative adaptations that help people engage with daily life on their own terms. If this is a space you already love or feel drawn to, we’d love to hear how you work.
