Therapy for Neurodivergent Clients
Our approach to therapy is simple - we focus on the needs of the individual, foster resourcefulness and help people not only navigate challenges, but truly thrive. Through our person-centred approach, we adopt a holistic perspective; addressing emotional, social and practical aspects of life, to promote overall well-being. We understand that each person is unique, so we tailor our sessions to meet the specific needs and goals of the individual we are working with. We're here to help you, and we do it together.

Sally is a passionate and wholehearted person fostering a safe and supportive space for healing and personal growth. Prior to graduating from the College of Complementary Medicine and becoming a creative therapist, Sally worked as a Disability Support Worker, helping clients to achieve their goals across a variety of settings. Sally adopts a Transpersonal approach, which translates to 'moving beyond the mask.' In this way, working transpersonally means venturing beyond the surface and considering the whole person. Having experienced the value of transpersonal explorations and resources in her own life, Sally now companions others on their journeys.
"Like curious explorers, we rediscover the various layers and parts of self, integrating these together in a process of self-realisation and affirmation."
