We’re especially excited to explore how occupational therapy can better support individuals with ADHD—whether through routines, sensory strategies, emotional regulation, executive function scaffolding, or creative adaptations that help people engage with daily life on their own terms. About You
● Qualified:
○ Qualification/s in Occupational Therapy;
○ Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
○ Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or willingness to obtain);
○ Experience working in a clinical, community, or NDIS setting
● Self-Motivated and Organised: You excel at managing all aspects of your role independently while balancing therapy, assessments, and admin tasks.
● Passion for Neurodiversity: You are committed to affirming and supporting neurodivergent individuals with empathy and understanding.
Your Key Responsibilities
● Provide capacity-building support to neurodivergent clients aged 17–35 (focus on executive functioning, life skills, sensory needs, or daily routines).
● Develop tailored therapy resources and collaborate on internal resources to support participant outcomes.
● Complete functional assessments and contribute to NDIS reports (e.g. Functional Capacity Assessments, Sensory Profiles, AT recommendations).
● Work closely with team members and external supports (e.g. GPs, support coordinators) to ensure holistic care.
● Maintain clear and timely documentation aligned with best practice
