Creative Mentoring
Thinking about using art or creativity to work towards your goals?
Creative Mentoring might be for you.
Creativity as a pathway to growth
Not everyone connects with traditional goal setting, talking-based support or written plans. Sometimes creativity opens doors that words cannot.
Creative Mentoring uses art, creativity and hands-on activities to explore interests, develop skills, work towards goals and build confidence.
What could Creative Mentoring look like?
Sessions are individualised and shaped around your interests. They might include:
-
Painting, drawing, sculpture, craft, collage or model making
-
Exploring a new artform or creative skill
-
Developing and completing creative projects
-
Planning, organisation and body doubling
-
Building confidence and self-expression
-
Accessing exhibitions, classes and creative opportunities
-
Working towards broader personal, social or independence goals
Already an artist?
If creativity is already part of your life, your mentor can support you to turn ideas into action, develop projects, access opportunities and build confidence in your creative practice.
One on One
Our experienced art mentors work alongside you in individual sessions tailored to your interests, strengths and goals.
You don't need to be an artist or have any previous creative experience - just an interest in exploring what creativity could look like for you.
